What we collect
When you book a transfer, request a day-hire quote, or sign up for event-week updates, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone number, and booking details (route, date, passengers). We use this only to fulfil and confirm your booking or request, and to reply to you directly.
Payment data
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — Stripe handles them directly.
Booking and request emails are sent via Resend. If you sign up for event-week updates, we email you only about that — nothing else, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
