What we collect
When you book a transfer, request a day-hire quote, or sign up for event-week updates, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone number, and booking details (route, date, passengers). We use this only to fulfil and confirm your booking or request, and to reply to you directly. If you choose WhatsApp, we use the phone number you provide to contact you there about that enquiry; email remains available as a fallback contact channel.
We use email to respond to booking and quote requests. If you sign up for event-week updates, we email you only about those updates, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We do not send an automated WhatsApp message when you submit the form. If you select WhatsApp, the confirmation page lets you start the conversation yourself.
Google Maps reviews
The home page shows rating information that we manually check against our public Google Maps profile. It does not load reviewer data from Google in your browser. Links to Google Maps are subject to the Google Maps Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
