Terms of Service
Draft — this page is pending final review with the registered company details. Do not treat it as final until that TODO is resolved.
Who we are
Airport Burgas Transfers operates private airport transfers and chauffeured vehicle hire in the Burgas region, Bulgaria. [TODO: registered company name, company number (ЕИК), and registered address — not yet confirmed, do not publish live without them.]
Bookings and pricing
Submitting the form creates an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We first confirm availability and the final journey details personally through the contact channel you selected. A transfer is reserved only after you reply and explicitly accept those details. Prices are per vehicle, not per person. Once the transfer is confirmed, the agreed price does not change for the journey booked. Cash to the driver.
Cancellations
[TODO: cancellation window and refund policy — not yet decided.]
Day hire
[TODO: deposit requirement, cancellation policy and confirmed response time for day-hire requests — see the car-with-driver page for current status.]
Liability
[TODO: liability and insurance terms — to be reviewed alongside the registered company details.]
